"-0/5 No one returned my call for a month (07/15/2024) after I wanted to cancel the insurance. The agents were "always busy" and told me they would call back several times but never did. They still tried to charge me twice after I switched insurance companies—unprofessional, ghetto, and predatory. They still haven't canceled the policy!!!!! The only person to help me was Kim Glover a different agent in a different area"

After looking over your case, I found that we spoke with you on July 16th and submitted the refund request, with a follow-up attempt to reach you on July 25th after you left a message with our receptionist. I also understand how frustrating it can be when policy changes take longer than expected, especially when it involves cancellations and billing adjustments. As I mentioned in my email to you, it can take up to 60 days for some policy changes to complete underwriting, so I will contact them to get the details of your cancellation. "Called this office at 930 the young lady gave off an unpleasant attitude. She seem to be bothered I would call and actually ask for her help. I was trying to get insurance but after talking about five minutes she stated she will call me back and after two hours she FINALLY decided to call. Needless to say I went with Devon Hudson. This office took the time and helped me and got me started in less than 30 minutes!"
